1. Who we are

NEXUS COGNITIVE AI SOLUTIONS ENTERPRISE is an independent commercial intelligence service. We are not a Malaysian government agency, and we are not affiliated with MyProcurement, ePerolehan, CIDB, or any ministry or department.

2. What we provide

We monitor publicly published Malaysian government tender and quotation notices, and provide: (a) a free daily list of notices; (b) paid preparation briefs; (c) paid subscription access organised by CIDB grade.

3. What we do not promise

• We do not guarantee that you will win any tender. Award decisions are made solely by the issuing government agency.
• We do not sell official tender documents. Tender documents and Bills of Quantities (BQ) are issued by the government agency, and in many cases must be purchased directly from them. Where a BQ is not published openly, we will say so rather than invent one.
• We do not provide legal, tax or accounting advice.

4. Accuracy and your responsibility

We link every notice to its official source. Official portals can change, withdraw, or correct notices at any time. You must always verify the current status, closing date, and requirements on the official portal before acting or paying any fee.

5. Payment

Payment is by Malaysian bank transfer or DuitNow QR to our registered business account. An order is only treated as paid once our team has confirmed the funds have actually arrived in our account. A payment screenshot or receipt image is not, by itself, proof of payment.

6. Delivery

Digital deliverables are released after payment is confirmed. We may take reasonable time to verify payment and prepare documents. Deliverables are sent to the WhatsApp number or email address you provide.

7. Refunds

Because our products are digital and prepared specifically for you, refunds are not normally available once a deliverable has been released. If you believe a deliverable is materially different from what was described, contact us within 7 days and we will review it in good faith.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to resell, redistribute, or publicly republish our compiled reports as your own. Government notices themselves remain public information.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by Malaysian law, our liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us for the specific deliverable concerned.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia.
