NEXUS COGNITIVE AI SOLUTIONS ENTERPRISE ("we", "us") operates tenderradar.com.my. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why we collect it, and the rights you have. It is written to comply with the Malaysia Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA, Act 709).

1. What we collect

• Business contact details you give us — company name, contact person, business telephone, business email, and CIDB grade. We use these only to send you tender and quotation notices relevant to your grade.
• Order details — the plan or brief you purchased, payment reference, and the delivery address for your documents.
• Messages you send us — through WhatsApp, Telegram or email, including any files you choose to send.
• Basic technical data — the pages you visit on this site. We do not use third-party advertising trackers.

2. What we do not collect

• We do not collect NRIC numbers, dates of birth, home addresses, or personal bank details from website visitors.
• We do not buy or resell personal data lists.
• We do not scrape personal data from social media platforms.

3. Why we use your data

• To send the tender and quotation notices you asked for.
• To prepare and deliver the reports or briefs you ordered.
• To answer your questions and provide support.
• To meet accounting and legal obligations for payments received.

4. Who we share it with

We do not sell or rent your data. We share it only with service providers needed to run the service, and only as far as necessary:

• our hosting and database providers (to store and serve the website);
• our email provider (to deliver messages);
• our payment channel (Malaysian bank transfer / DuitNow QR, processed by our bank).

5. How long we keep it

Contact details are kept while you remain subscribed, and removed within 30 days of a valid unsubscribe request. Payment records are kept for seven (7) years as required for Malaysian tax and accounting purposes.

6. Your rights under the PDPA

You may, at any time and free of charge:

• Access the personal data we hold about you;
• Correct any data that is inaccurate or out of date;
• Withdraw consent and ask us to stop contacting you;
• Limit how your data is used;
• Complain to us first, and if unresolved, to the Department of Personal Data Protection (JPDP), Malaysia.

7. Unsubscribe

Every message we send includes a one-click unsubscribe link. You can also reply "STOP" / "BERHENTI" / "退订" to any message, or contact us at the details above. Once you unsubscribe, your address is added to a permanent suppression list and will not be contacted again.

8. Cookies

This site does not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. Any cookie set is strictly for the site to function, such as remembering your language choice.

9. Security

Data is stored in access-controlled databases with encrypted connections. Payment verification is performed by our team; we do not ask customers to send bank passwords, OTPs, or full card numbers.

10. Changes to this policy

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page.
